Community-Wide Blessing of the Hands
For All Healthcare and First Responder Staff

June 7th 6:30am to 7:30pm (rain or shine)

Faith Church, UCC970 Loop 337, New Braunfels
ENTER from Loop 337 and EXIT onto Common Street

To acknowledge the care provided and added stressors faced this past year and offer support to the work still ahead, Faith Church is offering a contact-less, interfaith, Blessing of the Hands for all healthcare workers and first responders (fire, police, EMS, etc.). All are welcome!

Please enter from Loop 337, drive forward to the next available station, put on your mask (required for the safety of everyone), roll down your window, and place your hands outside your vehicle with palms up and together.

A cotton ball with lavender water will be dropped into your hands for you to make whatever symbol appropriate for your beliefs or simply to rub on your hands as an anointing.

A volunteer will say a blessing over your hands as you do this, then hand you a copy of the blessing to keep. Then please exit on the Common Street side of the church property.

All are welcome to this event designed to be a source of support and care to you, and all who have worked so hard to serve, protect, and care for our community during such challenging times.
